I’ve been dying to see this room design come together since I first told you about it a few months ago in a previous post, and while the room is not yet complete, the first stage has just been delivered and installed. The bespoke corner sofa and love seat, in combination with the deep buttoned footstool has created the cosiest living space, that could comfortably fit the whole family. Next stage is to install the remaining furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories.
Here are a close up of a couple of the cushions. We’ve used a palette of greys with very subtle hints of blue and lilac, which create and balanced contrast to the large body of charcoal (the sofa). A mixture of fabrics with difference textures and scale of pattern have been paired with contrast piping and backing fabrics, to create a really interesting collection of cushions.
As another of our projects drew to a close this week with the final pieces of lighting being delivered and installed, we were able to go back and take out photographs of the finished rooms.
The entire shoot will be appearing on here soon, but for now, here’s a sneak preview. Check back soon to see the rest.
Have a fantastic weekend everyone,
Claire.
